I thought Windows 10 (or 7 for that matter) would do it, as long as you have the password of course and it is a Zip extension and not a Rar or other.

I know you have to use third-party software (unless you are still using XP!) to create password protected Zips but don't know if you have to when unzipping. She is using WinRAR to create these Zips.
